I want to buy one of these hats but they are sold out. If 100% of each $20 hat purchase will be donated to One Fund Boston, why are they made in a limited quantity? You think that you would make more of these to benefit the victims. Are there any plans for more?

  31. Kristin says:

  32. Al Boucher says:

Looking for “B Strong Cap. Are there some in the future? Al Boucher

    • Dan says:

Hi- At this time we are finished producing those hats. We were able to raise $1.4 million for The One Fund through our efforts. Thanks for your interest.

  33. Jen says:

Will you be producing more the B Strong hats for the 2013 playoffs???

    • Dan says:

Hi- At this time we will not be making any more B Strong hats. Sorry about that.

      • Judee says:

Please reconsider a special world series edition of the B Strong Hat no one would mind if the donation was smaller just let us have our 47 brand B strong hat. As a longtime fan (remember Bill Lee? I do) I hate to see all the imitators out there and crave an original.

  34. Dave Bell says:

Make More!!! Imitators are getting all the money when more could be going to this charity and I could have a hat that, as a Sox fan can be proud to wear till it falls apart!!! It’s a win-win!

  35. Dave Bell says:

Well make plans then! Obviously people really want them and for it to go to a good cause!

  36. Christine says:

I wholeheartedly agree. Please make more B Strong hats! There should not be a limit on showing our strong spirit.

  37. Keith says:

There was a great piece in ESPN today about the Red Sox and their support for the Boston Marathon survivors. http://espn.go.com/mlb/playoffs/2013/story/_/id/9840851/boston-red-sox-fully-embraced-boston-marathon-survivors
During this amazing season tied to the tragedy of April 15, it would be great to honor the victims and pay tribute to this amazing team with a B Strong hat. Please reconsider your decision to stop producing them. It is for a noble cause and there are many people that want to show their support for what Boston stands for.

    • Lisa W. says:

      DITTO!!!

    • Melissa says:

I agree! The survivors will have lifelong medical needs that we can continue to support with efforts like this. It is a shame to let imitators make profits off of these hats when so many of us want them and will happily purchase them through your company.

  38. TT says:

Please make more B Strong caps. I lost mine – ahhhhhh – what a dork! Make more, keep some $ to cover costs, donte the rest to one fund and I’ll buy 5 (so that I have backups in case I lose another 1 – or 4).

    • Debra says:

I agree. I really do not want to line someone elses pockets. I would rather spend $5-$10 more and have that go to charity. if you make them with the 2013 World Series on them they will sell like hotcakes and make a ton for Boston Charities!

  39. Sean says:

Wish you’d make more of these hats. You have jerks on eBay selling them for $175 – $300 and they’re (of course) located in New York. Stuff these price gougers and make more hats that are of awesome design!

  40. mrsh says:

I’m a Bostonian living in England and I missed the chance to buy B Strong hat – please make more so we can B Strong abroad as well at in the US.

  41. stephen armitage says:

from a mass resident. keep pumping out the caps.

  42. Joe DeRome says:

The Strong caps were a great idea, I think there are still a lot of people who would like to show their support, will you be making more?

  43. Patti says:

Will you be making more Boston Strong Hats? If not is there another place I can find them?

  44. Karen says:

    Please make t-shirts too!

  45. tax credit says:

Ron, right me if I am wrong, your scenario helps make no sense, and
appears incorrect.Within the actual globe a person might get out 50,000 towards
their 401K to spend off large interest bank cards. The 50,000
that was originally invested was funds taken out of my
paycheck pre-tax. If I had not touched the 50,000 whatsoever,
I’d be taxed on that dollars when I visit withdraw it after I retire.
In this instance, I get 50,000 cash and shell out off my bills.
The terms of my loan state that I have to get an automated deduction to spend off the
loan in 5 years. That income is being deducted from my net paycheck following taxes
have already been collected. Taxation on 50K number one.

Following I pay out back the loan to which I have paid
the equivalent of $13,500 in tax by now at a 27% tax bracket.
Now 25 many years from now I retire. I visit get out that 50K, guess what, I’ll be taxed on it once more.
So in case the fee could be the identical, I will
have paid $27,000 in Tax on 50K. That is definitely a 54% tax rate.
Appears like double tax to me… Posted by : John

  46. Lindsey Hopkinson says:

please make more hats!!! Cambridge wants them too!!!!!

And after this article Boston Strong : 47 Brand. I was moved enough to leave
a comment :) I do have a couple of questions for
you if you tend not to mind. Is it just
me or does it give the impression like some of the
comments look like they are coming from brain dead individuals?
:-P And, if you are posting on other social sites, I’d like to
